Retail is where the consumer interacts with the product and brand and makes their decision what to open their wallet for. We know that the keys to success in this channel involves putting the time in and making sure that the products, and displays are right for the given environment as well as making sure that the front line team understands and is comfortable with the product. Doing this well can be the difference between a re-order and a clearance sale.

Supporting this channel requires lightning quick responses as there is usually a customer on the other side of the counter expecting a response even more quickly.
